There shall be 1 or more Bonded Constables appointed
for 3-year terms by the Board of Selectmen. A copy of each bond shall
be presented to the Town Clerk at appointment. The Bonded Constables'
duties and authority shall include, but shall not be limited to, those
specified in M.G.L. ch. 41, §§ 91-95.
