There shall be a Gas/Plumbing Inspector and a Wiring Inspector
appointed annually by the Building Inspector. The Gas/Plumbing Inspector's
duties and authority shall include, but shall not be limited to, those
specified 248 CMR and the Wiring Inspector's duties and authority
shall include, but not be limited to, those specified in Massachusetts
General Law Chapter 166, Section 32.
