No junked, unregistered, inoperable or abandoned motor vehicles or parts
thereof shall be stored, parked or placed on any premises unless the same
shall be within a building or area unexposed to view of the public and abutters,
or within an area licensed under MGL c. 140, §§ 55 and 57 for
the storage of same by licensed junk dealers and automobile dealers.
