Temporary wine and malt license — See Ch. 1, Art. II.
No license for the sale of alcoholic beverages shall permit any disorder, disturbance or illegality of any kind to take place in or on licensed premises. The licensee shall be responsible therefor whether present or not.
The licensing authorities, after notice to the licensee and reasonable opportunity for him to be heard by them, may suspend, revoke or cancel his license upon satisfactory proof that he has violated or permitted a violation of any condition thereof or any law relative to the sale of alcoholic beverages as set forth in the General Laws.
