The Code Enforcement Officer (CEO), Assistant CEOs, Fire Marshal,
Zoning Officer, and any state or local law enforcement officer are
hereby authorized to issue and serve upon a person an appearance ticket
when they have reasonable cause to believe that such person has committed
a violation of any provisions of any chapter of the Town of Farmington
Town Code in the presence of such CEO, Assistant CEOs, Fire Marshal,
Zoning Officer, or any state or local law enforcement officer.
