This chapter shall be known as the "Refuse Ordinance of the Town of
Farmington, Ontario County, New York."
The purpose of this chapter shall be to promote the health, safety and
general welfare of the Town of Farmington, Ontario County, New York, including
the protection and preservation of the property of the Town and of its inhabitants,
and of peace and good will, the benefit of trade and all other matter related
thereto, by controlling and regulating the transportation and disposal of
refuse within the Town of Farmington, Ontario County, New York.
