As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the
meanings indicated:
Any individual, firm, company, association, society, corporation
or group.
A water main in which all owners of abutting property have
equal rights and which is controlled by public authority.
The Superintendent of Water and Wastewater, Superintendent
of the Town of Greenport, or his authorized deputy, agent or representative.
