The Town of Deerpark, County of Orange, State of New York, hereby
abolishes the elected position of Tax Collector by exercise of their
authority pursuant to § 36, Subdivision 1, of the New York
State Town Law.
The functions, responsibilities and obligations previously performed
and exercised by the Tax Collector of the Town of Deerpark are hereby
relegated and assigned to the office of the Town Clerk of the Town
of Deerpark pursuant to § 36, Subdivision 1, of the Town
Law of the State of New York.
