Village Law § 7-704 is hereby amended
to include therein aesthetics as a purpose in view of zoning.
There has been established, as herein amended,
a Comprehensive Zoning Plan for the Village of Old Westbury, which
plan is set forth in the text and maps that constitute this ordinance.
Such plan is and has been adopted for the purposes set forth in §§ 7-700,
7-702 and 7-704 of the Village Law as they now exist or as same may
be hereafter amended.
This chapter shall be known and may be cited
as "Village of Old Westbury Building Zone Ordinance."
