Article I Firemen's Relief Association

[Adopted 9-1-1981 as Ch. I, Part 5, of the 1981 Code.

§ 17-1 Clarion Firemen's Relief Association recognized.

The Council of said Borough recognizes the Clarion Firemen's Relief Association as the relief fund association qualified to receive the tax upon premiums from foreign fire insurance companies now existing and engaged in the service of said Borough. All such taxes received by said Borough from time to time from the State Treasurer shall forthwith be paid to the said Clarion Firemen's Relief Association as the duly authorized relief fund association of the Clarion Fire and Hose Company No. 1 of the said Borough now existing and now engaged in the service of said Borough, in accordance with the Acts of Assembly in such cases made and provided.
