[The Town of Denton adopted the Denton Critical
Area Program in 1999 (Ord. No. 378). The Program and Maps were reenacted
in 2000 (Ord. No. 386) to reflect revisions to and identification
of the Buffer Exemption Area. Ordinance No. 413, adopted 5-6-2002,
provided for further revisions to the map and adoption of a map dated
March 2002 to include annexed parcels located within the Critical
Area. Chapter A129, Critical Areas Program, which contained program
specifics, was repealed 12-12-2013 by Ord. No. 650. For updated provisions,
