[Adopted 1-30-1989 by L.L. No. 1-1989 (Ch.
142, Art. VII of the 1981 Code)]
The provisions of Real Property Tax Law § 1903
concerning homestead base proportions are hereby adopted.
[Amended 2-26-2007 by L.L. No. 2-2007]
The homestead base proportions shall be established
by resolution of the Common Council of the City of Port Jervis in
accordance with the rules of the State Board of Real Property Services
and shall apply to taxes levied on the 1989 final assessment roll
and to taxes levied on subsequent rolls, until this article shall
be repealed.
