Leaves and twigs may be burned on private property, provided that:
A. 
A prior permit is issued from both the state forest ranger and the Board of Trustees.
B. 
The fire is confined to a steel drum, ditch or surface area no larger than four feet by four feet.
C. 
The fire is constantly attended and burns no closer than 50 feet from any structure, tree, shrubbery or property line.
D. 
The fire is limited in duration to four hours in any one day.
E. 
No burning is conducted after dark.
F. 
Immediately after the burning, ashes and residue are thorougly cleaned up and the area raked or filled.
