A. 
It shall be unlawful for any vehicle (except as provided for herein) to enter Jarmain Road from Route 17A or to exit from Jarmain Road onto Route 17A.
B. 
To assist in ensuring the foregoing, there shall be erected at the terminus of Jarmain Road, where it intersects with Route 17A, parallel to Route 17A, "self re-erecting marker posts" to prevent unauthorized attempts to exit or enter Jarmain Road from or to Route 17A.
C. 
The intersection shall be appropriately marked to provide notice to the public of the existence of this regulation.
D. 
Emergency vehicles shall be exempt from the provisions of the article to the extent that they are responding to an emergency or perceived emergency situation.
E. 
Commercial vehicles of over 26 feet in length, such as delivery vehicles, shall be permitted access over the self re-erecting cones, provided advance notice is given to the Town of Warwick Police Department.
F. 
Any violation of this section shall be punishable by a fine of up to $250.
