There is hereby established an Administrative Code for the government
of the Borough of Jenkintown pursuant to §§ 1006(3)
and 1202(74) of the Borough Code.[1] This Administrative Code defines the responsibilities
of such municipal departments, offices and agencies as Borough Council
deems necessary for the proper and efficient conduct of municipal
affairs.

All powers of the Borough and the determination of all matters
of policy shall be vested in the Borough Council, except as otherwise
provided by this chapter, the Borough Code or general law.
