Henceforth it shall be permissible for the office
of the Secretary of the Borough of Kutztown and the office of the
Treasurer of the Borough of Kutztown to be held by the same person,
who shall be designated by the Council of the Borough of Kutztown.
Nothing herein shall be deemed to make mandatory
the appointment by the Council of the Borough of Kutztown of the same
person to the offices of Secretary and Treasurer of said borough.
