There is hereby established and continued within
the Borough of Park Ridge, Bergen County, New Jersey, an auxiliary
to the Park Ridge Police Department to be known as the "Park Ridge
Police Reserves." This reserve unit has been established under the
Civil Defense and Disaster Control Act and is governed by the New
Jersey Office of Emergency Management. Volunteer reserve officers
shall be accepted for duty, trained and regulated through the office
of the Chief of Police.
The Park Ridge Police Reserves will maintain
a current set of rules and regulations that will remain subject to
the approval of the Chief of Police and adopted by the Mayor and Council.
