The annual registration of a particular residence as a residence
at which such solicitations are prohibited shall apply to the residence
from the date of registration until December 31 of the registration
year. Thereafter, the residence must be re-registered on or after
January I of the subsequent year. The Borough Clerk shall adopt residential
registration processes and a registration form in electronic and/or
written format consistent with this chapter and shall make publicly
available an updated list of addresses with the respective date of
registration to which the prohibition contained in paragraph (F)[1] shall apply throughout the year.
