Editor's Note: This ordinance also superseded former Art.
IV, Clerical Workers and Emergency Telecommunication Officers Collective
Bargaining Agreement, adopted 12-21-2006 by Ord. No. 2386.
The proper officials of the Municipality of Monroeville are
hereby authorized to enter a collective bargaining agreement with
the Municipal Clerical Workers (MCW) and the Emergency Telecommunication
Officers (TCO), said agreement to be effective January 1, 2010.
