The Township of Nether Providence hereby elects
to become a member of the Crum and Ridley Creeks Council of Governments
upon the terms and conditions of municipal membership, as set forth
in the preamble bylaws of the Crum and Ridley Creeks Council of Governments,
which are set forth in Appendix A to this article and made part hereof.[1]

The Manager of the Township of Nether Providence
is hereby appointed as the voting representative of Nether Providence
to sit on the Council of Governments.
There is hereby appropriated from the municipal
treasury an amount sufficient to pay the 1985 annual membership dues
in the Council of Governments.
