This article is enacted pursuant to the provisions of Sections
7-194, 7-148 and 7-152c of the Connecticut General Statutes.
No person shall deposit any snow or ice onto any portion of
any public highway within the Town of Mansfield.
Any person violating this article may be guilty of an infraction.
