Bylaw II, Section 1(a) of the Menominee Constitution and Bylaws does provide in part that the time, place, and dates for regular meetings of the Legislature shall be established by ordinance.
The entire language of Ordinance Nos. 79-2, 79-3 and 79-11 is hereby repealed at the effective enactment date of this chapter.
Regular meetings of the Legislature shall be held on the first and third Thursday of every month, beginning at 5:00 p.m. Regular meetings of the Legislature shall be held in the Boardroom of the Tribal Office Building in Keshena and may be held at other public locations and in other communities on the reservation with the capacity to host legislative meetings, provided that the Tribal Legislature develop and widely distribute a schedule and dates for the location of regular meeting by March 15 of each legislative year.
