It shall be unlawful for any person to sell
or have in his possession for sale or to carry in any public street
or place in the Township any beanshooter, slingshot, blowpipe or metal-pointed
dart.

Any person violating any provision of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a penalty as provided in § 1-15, General penalty, of this Code.
