It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to disrobe or put on a bathing suit while in any motor vehicle parked or being driven on any public street or highway of this Township, or while standing by or near or being in the vicinity of any such parked motor vehicle.
It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to disrobe or put on a bathing suit in such a way or manner as to be plainly visible from any dwelling house or in plain view of any person passing along any street, highway, sidewalk, boardwalk or other public place of said Township.
Any person violating any of the provisions of this article shall be subject to a fine in an amount not to exceed $25 for the first offense or $50 for any second or subsequent offense, and any person so convicted may be committed to the Township or county jail for not exceeding 10 days for the first offense or 20 days for any second or subsequent offense, in default of payment of the penalty provided for herein.
