No person shall appear upon the beaches of the village or bathe in the waters adjacent thereto without wearing a bathing suit or otherwise proper attire, nor shall any person disrobe in any public place.
No person shall appear upon any public street, road or other public place in the village, other than those places specified in § 42-5 hereof, in bathing attire, unless his or her body is properly covered by a suitable outer garment.
The violation of any provision of this Article shall be punishable by a fine not exceeding $250 or by imprisonment for not more than 15 days, or both.
