A.
Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 11:14-13, an Employees Accumulated
Sick Leave Pay Benefits Trust Fund shall be established for the purpose
of payment of earned and unused accumulated sick leave pursuant to
the terms of the collective bargaining agreement as periodically entered
between the City and the bargaining agent for the affected employees;
and
B.
The fund shall be funded periodically from the municipal
budget for this purpose.
