A.
A Housing Authority for the Town of Ridgefield be,
and the same hereby is, established for the Town of Ridgefield, which
Housing Authority shall have all the powers and duties provided for
housing authorities in C.G.S. § 8-44.
B.
The Board of Selectmen of the Town of Ridgefield be,
and the same hereby is, empowered to appoint five members to the Housing
Authority in the manner provided for in C.G.S. § 8-41.

The Housing Authority of the Town of Ridgefield
is herewith and henceforth designated as the "Housing Site Development
Agency" in order to carry out housing and community development projects
within the Town of Ridgefield all as provided in Connecticut Public
Act No. 88-280.
