Editor's Note: This ordinance repealed former
Art. II, Employee Pension Plan, adopted 2-22-1966 by Ord. No. C-61,
approved 2-26-1966, as amended.
This article specifically replaces all other
ordinances or parts of ordinances establishing provisions for the
Nonuniform Pension Plan. This ordinance replaces the retirement plan
for the nonuniformed employees of Lititz Borough through the adoption
of the Lititz Borough Nonuniform Retirement Plan.
This article establishes a retirement plan for
the nonuniformed employees of Lititz Borough through the adoption
to the pension document effective January 1, 1999.[1]
