GENERAL REFERENCES
Noise — See Ch. 86.
Every motor vehicle propelled by an internal
combustion engine shall, where being operated in any road or street
of the Village, be equipped with a muffler or silencer. No operator
or driver of any such motor vehicle shall use any cutout or other
device which will allow the exhaust gases to escape into the atmosphere
without passing through such muffler or silencer.
