A. 
Any person who has been bitten by a dog or some other animal and suffers a significant injury within the physical boundaries of the Borough must report that incident to the Borough by filling out an incident report at the Borough building within 10 days of the occurrence.
B. 
Any person who is the owner of or in charge of or in control of a dog or other animal which inflicts a significant injury to a person must also report that incident to the Borough by filling out an incident report at the Borough building within 10 days of the occurrence.
C. 
Any and all medical providers within the Borough's boundaries must report treatment of all animal bites to the Borough within 10 days of the occurrence.
D. 
A "significant injury," as a minimum, will be any breaking of the skin for which medical treatment is required. The Borough shall maintain these incident reports for five years and utilize them to remove "dangerous animals" from the Borough of Baden.
Any person who shall violate any provision of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be punishable by a fine of not more than $1,000 and costs of such proceedings or, upon default of payment of such fine and costs, by imprisonment in the county jail for a term of not more than 30 days.
