This requirement shall apply to any applicant
for new electric heat service and to any additions to or modifications
to existing facilities.
All electric heating customers (both residential
and nonresidential) of the Village of Hamilton electric system must
comply with the New York State Energy Code for Residential Housing,
as well as the applicable commercial building code.
The Municipal Utility Commission shall require
all customers to comply with this article as a condition of service.
