Unless another penalty is expressly provided by the Vehicle
Code (75 Pa.C.S.A. § 101 et seq.), or except as herein specified,
every person convicted of a violation of any provisions of this chapter,
or any supplement thereto, shall be liable for fines as established
by ordinance by the Lancaster Township Board of Supervisors and known
as the "Schedule of Fees," together with penalties and costs of prosecution.[1]
