No candidate for any elected Township office shall use the Township of Middletown's facilities, equipment or materials of any kind whatsoever, either directly or indirectly, to further or promote his or her political campaign, without prior written approval from the Board of Supervisors.
Nothing in this chapter shall supersede the regulations of the Election Code of the State of Pennsylvania, 25 P.S. § 2601 et seq.
Any person, corporation, partnership or entity who violates the provisions of this chapter, upon being found guilty, may be sentenced to pay a fine not to exceed $600. A separate offense shall arise for each day or portion thereof in which a violation is found to exist.
