The Township Clerk shall countersign all licenses
and permits granted by the Township Council and receive for the Township
all moneys paid for the same.
When statutes of the state or other chapters
of the Code of the Township of East Hanover provide for applications
for licenses or permits to be made to any specific municipal department
or agency and for licenses or permits to be issued by such department
or agency, the provisions of such statutes or chapters shall be observed.
