The fees for individual plot plans for engineering review and inspection are:
A. 
Engineering plot plan fee: $350.[1]

The fees for land use review and approval are:
A. 
Land use certificate, individual plot plans: $85.
B. 
Mobile home replacement: $85.
C. 
Land use certificate, fences: $50.
D. 
Land use certificate, outdoor display of goods: $30.
E. 
There will be a fee of $20 for all returned checks.
Application for tree removal permit fees shall be as follows:
A. 
Residential: $15.
B. 
Commercial: $150.

A. 
The fee for an application for a signs permit (to be calculated on one side of double-sided signs) shall be $2 per square foot.
B. 
Wind flags: application fee of $30 for each application filed.

A. 
Residential major site plan.
(1) 
Preliminary: $25 per unit (minimum $200).
(2) 
Final: 50% of preliminary fee.
(3) 
Revisions for plans which have not been granted approval: 10% of the original fee for the stage approval of application (preliminary or final) or $1,000, whichever is greater; except when the application fee is less than $1,000, then the resubmission fee shall be equal to the application fee.

B. 
Other than residential major site plan.
(1) 
Preliminary. The greater of:
(a) 
$150 per acre for each acre being developed.
(b) 
$15 for each parking space up to 500 and $10 each space over 500.
(c) 
$450 up to 5,000 square feet of building area; $600 for area of 5,000 to 10,000 square feet; $1,000 for building area over 10,000 square feet plus $100 per each 1,000 square feet or fraction thereof over 10,000 square feet.
(2) 
Final: 50% of preliminary fee.
(3) 
Revisions for plans which have not been granted approval: 10% of the original fee for the stage approval of application (preliminary or final) or $1,000, whichever is greater; except when the application fee is less than $1,000, then the resubmission fee shall be equal to the application fee.

(5) 
Extensions of site plan approval pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-49 and 40:55D-52 shall be $500.

Subdivisions.

Minor subdivisions: $300.
(2) 
Major subdivisions.
(a) 
Preliminary: $300 application fee plus a review fee of $100 per lot.
(b) 
Final: $150 application fee plus a plat review fee of $100 per lot.
(3)

Conditional use application fees shall be as follows:

Variance fees shall be as follows:

Sign variation fees shall be $150 per sign.
Charitable, philanthropic, fraternal and religious nonprofit organizations holding a tax-exempt status under the Federal Internal Revenue Code of 1954 [24 U.S.C. Section 501(c) or (d)] are hereby exempt from any application fee charged under this article. This shall only apply to application fees and not to inspection or escrow fees.
Fees for special meetings of boards shall be as follows:
A. 
Applicant-requested special meeting of Planning or Zoning Board: $1,200.[1]

Requests for zone change shall be an initial escrow fee of $2,000 and shall be replenished as needed, and the developer shall also pay the actual cost incurred by the Township Planner, Engineer and Attorney in review of any such request and for the preparation of any plan or report or ordinance addressing the request for change in zoning. Additionally, the applicant/developer or requester shall also be responsible for the actual cost incurred by the Township Planner, Engineer and Attorney in meeting with or talking to the applicant and Township professionals and the actual cost incurred for any required or recommended appearance before the Township Council.
L. 
Upon the submission of revised plans, applicants shall pay an additional 20% of the original escrow.
M. 
Conditionally exempt site plan: $1,000.
N. 
Temporary use permit: $1,500.
O. 
Interpretation of Zoning Ordinance or Map: $2,000.
P. 
Appeal of Zoning Officer decision: $2,000.
Q. 
Certificates of nonconformity: $1,500.

Requests for a certified list for public notice shall be obtained from the Tax Assessor and shall be $0.25 per name or $10, whichever is greater.
For legal services provided by the Township Attorney in connection with a development application, the developer shall pay the following fees to the Township Clerk:
A. 
Preparation of developer's agreement: $650 or professional's fee, whichever is greater.
B. 
Preparation of stormwater basin agreement: $650 or the professional's fee, whichever is greater.
C. 
Review of initial performance guarantees and the preparation of any initial resolutions in connection therewith: $175 for each review.
D. 
Review of subsequent, substituted, reduced or modified performance guarantees, review of maintenance guarantees and the review of any amendments or extensions to letters of credit, together with any required resolutions: $175 for each such review.
