As used in this Article, the following terms shall have the
meanings indicated:
Applies to any and all roads, highways, streets or avenues
owned by or under the control of the Township of Alloway, for the
full width thereof.
It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to
disturb, tear up, obstruct, damage or destroy any township road in
any manner whatsoever by any vehicle of any kind or by any drag attached
thereto or by any other implement or appliance.
It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to
fill up the gutters along any township road or to obstruct or damage
any township road by spilling or throwing stones, dirt or other materials
thereon.

Any person, firm, corporation or municipality violating any
of the provisions of this Article shall, for each violation, upon
conviction according to law, be subject to a fine or penalty in any
case of not less than $10 nor more than $500 for each offense or to
imprisonment for not more than 90 days, or both.
