Senior citizens (persons 65 years of age and older) shall only be required to pay 50% of the fees identified in the Code. This exemption shall not, however, apply to any late fees or penalties, nor shall this exemption apply to the Board of Health fees or the Uniform Construction Code fees (Chapter 122, Construction Codes, Uniform).
