[HISTORY: Adopted by the Borough Council of the Borough of
Green Tree as indicated in article histories. Amendments noted where
applicable.]
[Adopted 12-3-1962 by Res. No. 74 (Ch. 252 of the 1982 Code)]
Council hereby adopts, as the Borough's operations plan for
civil defense, the plan adopted by the County entitled "Civil Defense
Operations Plan, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, April 1962."

[Resolution 1067, passed August 7, 2006, approved, adopted
and placed into effect the Emergency Operations Plan of Green Tree
Borough. Resolution 919, passed December 5, 1997, approved and adopted
the Disaster Emergency Management Plan as prepared for the Borough
in accordance with Section 7503(1) of the Emergency Management Service
Codes (35 Pa.C.S.A. § 7101 et seq.). Resolution 1066, passed
August 7, 2006, approved and adopted the National Incident Management
System (NIMS) for all incident management in the Borough. Copies of
these resolutions and of such plans may be obtained, at cost, from
the Borough Secretary]
