This article is adopted for the purpose of promoting the orderly
and safe parking of motor vehicles within the Franklin Lane - New
Jersey Transit Daily Park-and-Ride facility.
The provisions, rules and regulations of this article shall
apply only to the Franklin Lane - New Jersey Transit Daily Park-and-Ride
facility.
A.
Parking in the aforesaid daily park-and-ride facility shall be permitted
on a first-come-first-served basis, and no decal or permit shall be
required to park in the aforesaid facility.
The daily parking fee shall be $2, and payment for the same
by coin shall be prohibited.
