There is hereby established a fee of $50 for a copy of the land
use code if requested in person for hand delivery at the municipal
building during normal business hours and a fee of $55 if requested
for transmittal by mail.

A local sales tax of 2% is hereby established pursuant to the
New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory Enforcement Assistance and Market Modernization
Act on all permitted cannabis uses in the Township.
