The rate of compensation to be paid to the Borough Tax Collector
for the Borough of Towanda, Pennsylvania, for collecting those Borough
taxes for which said collector is the designated collector (that is,
the real estate tax and the occupation tax) is fixed as follows: for
the collection of any real estate tax assessment, a fee of $5 per
assessment collected, effective January 1, 2014; and for the collection
of any per capita tax or occupation tax, 3.5% of such tax collected.
