The Township Committee of the Township of Quinton hereby creates the position of Sewer Operator pursuant to its authority under Chapter 56, entitled "Sewer Utility."
Said Sewer Operator shall have those responsibilities and duties
as given by the Township Committee as the Manager of the Municipal
Sewer Utility with the compensation as said Sewer Operator to be established
by the Township Committee.
