The Borough Council of the Borough of Clayton may promulgate
reasonable rules and regulations affecting the separation, storage,
collection, removal and disposal of garbage and trash and recyclable
items as covered by this Part 1, in a manner consistent with the provisions
hereof. Said rules and regulations shall be filed with the Borough
Clerk and shall be available for inspection by any interested person
or persons.
Except where another penalty is prescribed, any person, firm or corporation that violates or neglects to comply with any of the provisions of this Part 1 shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to the penalty provided in Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article I, Enforcement; General Penalty, § 1-2, Maximum penalty.
