Approving plans and specifications for construction of certain
additional water distribution and supply facilities in and for a portion
of this Township, as submitted by Lehigh County Authority, to be constructed
by said Authority; approving the estimated total cost and the proposed
charge of a portion of such cost of construction of assessable water
mains against properties benefited, improved or accommodated thereby,
by assessment according to the foot front rule at the rate of $9.20
per foot front, or by assessment of the benefit rule.
