There is hereby adopted by the City, for the purpose of prescribing
regulations governing conditions hazardous to life and property from
fire or explosion, that certain code known as the "2009 New Mexico
Plumbing Code," and any amendments or changes thereto, including any
and all new editions thereof, and the same is hereby adopted and incorporated
in this article as fully as if set out verbatim.
All applications for natural gas permits shall be handled as provided for in the 2009 New Mexico Plumbing Code adopted by § 150-5, and the Deputy State Plumbing Inspector shall continue to issue permits, conduct inspections and charge fees, all as provided for by the Natural Gas Code of the state.
One or more copies of the 2009 New Mexico Plumbing Code adopted by § 150-5 shall be available and subject to inspection at all reasonable times in the office of the City Manager in the municipal building.
