The Selectmen shall have the Town reports ready for distribution before the Annual Town Meetings.
Copies of the Town reports shall be left at the Chamber of Commerce and at the Town Clerk's office in the Town Building.
A. 
The Selectmen shall be authorized to include in each Annual Report all calls for meetings which they have issued and all votes passed by said Town during the preceding fiscal year.
B. 
The Annual Report of the Town of Putnam for the year 1938 and each year thereafter shall be made in more detail; the report shall be such as to show the expenditures of each department detailed, giving the names of the recipients of funds and amount received by such recipients, with the exception of the department for which the law prohibits the publishing of names and amounts, if there be such a department. The expenditures of the Selectmen above and over their respective salaries shall be detailed, giving the name of recipients, the nature of work performed and the amount received for such work.
