No automobile, truck, vehicle or any personal property of any kind or description shall be parked, placed, deposited, left or allowed to remain within the limits of any street or highway in the Town of Putnam between 12:00 midnight and 6:00 a.m. the following morning of any day between November 15 in any year and the March 15 of the following year, so as in any way to prevent, impede, hinder, delay or interfere with the removal of snow or the plowing of a path or paths through the snow on such streets or highways.
Any person, firm or corporation violating the provisions of § 304-1 hereof shall be fined not more than $10 for each offense.[1]
