Any person found to be violating any provision of this Part 2 except Article VII shall be served by the City with written notice stating the nature of the violation and providing 30 days for the satisfactory correction thereof. The offender shall, within said 30 days, permanently cease all violations.
Any person who shall continue any violation beyond the time limit provided for in Article IX, § 312-47, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and on conviction thereof shall be fined in the amount of $100 for each violation. Each day in which any such violation shall continue shall be deemed a separate offense.
Any person violating any of the provisions of this Part 2 shall become liable to the City for any expense, loss, or damage occasioned the City by reason of such violation.
Sewer bills are payable to the Water Pollution Control Authority within 30 days of the date shown on the bill. A delinquent charge of 1% per month or a minimum of $2 will be charged on all bills over 30 days due.
