GENERAL REFERENCES
Administrative procedures — See Ch. 5.
No local law shall be adopted by the Board of Trustees until
a public hearing shall be had thereon. Notice of such hearing shall
be given by causing the same to be published once in the official
newspaper at least three days prior to the date fixed for such hearing.
