Prior to converting any property to a condominium, the property
owner shall notify the Building Department and the Water and Sewer
Department in writing, and the property owner shall make, at his expense,
any modifications to the water system as may be required by the Director
of Public Works or his designee to accommodate the Water and Sewer
Department's billing requirements.
